Remote Support

Remote support is the ability to remotely solve PC problems without physically being on-site. This ensures that problems are resolved quickly and no need for unecesary call out charges. In addition, it allows us to to part billing, so if you use 30 minutes of remote support, you are only charged for 30 mins.
